Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee Policy

I. Service Overview  

Thank you for selecting the "Sneak Peek + Design Guarantee" service. With this upgrade, you'll receive production photos of your custom plush toy, portrait painting, or pajamas during the creation process. It's like being in our studio alongside the design team.

II. Service Process  

Preview Confirmation: Review product photos to check if they meet your expectations.  

Modification Options: If adjustments are needed, our designers will refine the details based on your feedback.

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you're still unsatisfied after revisions, you may request a full refund. However, we prefer to perfect the product to your liking first.

III. Important Notes  

1. 72-Hour Auto-Approval: Unanswered preview emails within 72 hours will be considered approved.  

2. Email Setup: Add service@dudupaw.com to your contacts to prevent emails from being marked as spam.  

3. Revision Rounds: Up to 3 revision rounds are available. We recommend providing all changes in the first round to maintain the production schedule.  

4. Post-Approval Terms: Approving preview photos means accepting the design and voiding refund/return rights for design preferences. We still cover:  

•    Craftsmanship issues like seams or holes  
•    Shipping damage, including water damage

IV. Non-Returnable Items  

Pajamas: Not returnable for hygiene reasons  

Custom paintings: Non-returnable except for production errors
