How do I make a purchase?

Do you only create portraits of cats and dogs?
Yes, currently we only accept orders for cats and dogs. While our artists are skilled enough to create portraits of nearly any animal—such as birds, horses, or even hedgehogs—we focus on cats and dogs to ensure the highest quality for every portrait. In the future, we may expand to include more types of animals.
Are my photos good enough for creating a plush pet frame?
We review all submitted photos, and most are perfectly acceptable. If there’s an issue, we will email you with instructions for taking new photos. The best photos are taken in good natural light, at eye level with your pet, and from multiple angles.
Does the background matter?
No, the background is not important. Clear photos taken with a modern smartphone in natural light are sufficient.
How long does it take to create a custom pet portrait?
Standard production usually takes 6 weeks. Expedited service is available for 4 weeks. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
What materials are used?
All custom pet portraits are handcrafted using plush materials. We carefully select polyester, cotton, and acrylic to match your pet’s appearance. Hair colors and patterns are hand-painted for a realistic result.
What if I’m not satisfied with the portrait?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Once your portrait is complete, we’ll send photos for your approval. You can request changes until you are 100% happy before we ship your plush frame.
What if my photo is in black and white?
If your photo is black and white, we will naturally adjust the materials of the plush frame to match, keeping it in black and white as well. Please note that we do not and cannot add color to black and white images.
If your pet is not actually black and white but you only have a black and white photo, we recommend emailing us. We can discuss the best way to proceed to create an accurate plush frame.
I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?
Depending on the production time of each item, your order may not arrive all at once. However, in most cases, all items will be packaged and shipped together.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! All orders include tracking, no matter which country they are being shipped to.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Don't worry, email our support team and we'll let you know where your order is.
What is the queue jump shipping option?
This is our premium shipping option. Selecting it will fast-track your order to the front of the queue, and our artists will prioritize working on your plush frame.
This option is especially great during busy shopping periods, ensuring your order is completed as quickly as possible.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Sometimes orders are returned to sender because no one was home to sign for the parcel.
Other reasons may include an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
Don’t worry—we will reship your order to you free of charge, and you’ll receive it!
Which payment methods do you accept?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, and more. We also accept PayPal payments.
If you wish to pay in installments, we currently offer Klarna for our US customers. Services for other regions may be available in the future.
Returns/Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns or refunds.
If you have a problem with your order, please let us know and we’ll fix it for you.
Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions, so you can make sure you’re 100% happy with your plush frame before it’s made.
What if I don’t like the artwork?
We provide unlimited revisions during the preview stage. You can request changes until you are completely satisfied with the final result. Only when you approve will we proceed to create your custom plush frame.
Customer Support
How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?
ou will usually receive a response within 12 hours. During busier periods, such as the holiday shopping season, please allow 24–48 hours for a reply.
Christmas Period
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
We’ve heard from many customers that our plush frames make amazing Christmas gifts—and we have to agree!
Currently, we advise placing your order no later than December 10th for Christmas delivery.
Our official Christmas cut-off dates will be announced soon.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service. However, all products are sealed in opaque protective packaging, so the surprise won’t be ruined upon delivery!
Can I pay extra to guarantee Christmas delivery?
We don’t currently offer a “guaranteed Christmas delivery” shipping option. However, we do offer a queue jump service, meaning your plush frame will be produced as a priority.
