At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all of our plush frames are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and maintain the element of surprise for your loved ones.

We review all pet photos we receive, and in most cases, your photos are perfectly usable. If there’s an issue, we will email you with an explanation and request additional photos. The best photos are taken in good natural light, at eye level with your pet. Please provide images from multiple angles so we can see every part of your pet and create the most accurate replica.
